Job Title: Health & Wellbeing Programme Coordinator.

Location: Roodlane Medical, Central London.

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday)

Salary: £39,086 – £41,257 (DOE)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Health & Wellbeing Programme Coordinator to join our Primary Care Team in the heart of London.

This role offers you the opportunity to shape and deliver wellbeing initiatives that genuinely make an impact – from leading our Sports & Social Club to supporting our network of Wellbeing Champions. You’ll have the autonomy to bring ideas to life, while gaining 360° exposure across benefits operations, health promotion, and employee engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building strong, positive relationships with client contacts and employees.
  • Coordinating and delivering engaging events, webinars, workshops and presentations on a wide range of health and wellbeing topics (e.g. Sleep, Men’s Health, Menopause, Mental Wellbeing, Nutrition).
  • Booking expert speakers and healthcare specialists tailored to client needs.
  • Managing logistics – including rooms, equipment, and tech set-ups.
  • Tracking participation and outcomes to demonstrate value and shape future programmes.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new wellness services, digital health apps, and employee assistance programmes.
  • Adapting initiatives to fit client culture, shift patterns, and workforce demographics.
  • Promoting health campaigns, such as annual flu vaccinations.
  • Developing your own knowledge and skills through training and CPD opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience coordinating health and wellbeing events, webinars or workshops.
  • Strong understanding of B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication skills – confident in both one-to-one and group settings.
  • Organisational flair with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive, credible, and passionate about inspiring positive lifestyle change.
  • Solid IT skills with confidence using digital platforms.

Desirable:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Physiology, Health & Sport Science, Exercise Science, Health Coaching).
  • Previous experience in private healthcare.
