Reeson Education are supporting a secondary school in Sutton who requires a Health and Social Care Teacher on a full-time basis from January 2026.

The Principal is looking to invite an enthusiastic Health and Social Care Teacher with vision and expertise to join the school from January 2026.

Role

The Health and Social Care Teacher will be responsible for providing a friendly, stimulating, and inclusive environment in which every student can develop academically, socially and personally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for academic progress and must:

  • Have occupational or vocationally related experience within the field of healthcare e.g. a nursing or healthcare practitioner, a lecturer in the Health Sector, etc.
  • Be able to teach T‑Level Health, as part of T‑Level Health and Health and Social Care studies
  • Have an ability to teach BTEC Health and Social Care—advantageous
  • Be committed to improving teaching and learning
  • Have good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Be forward‑thinking, inspirational, receptive to change and able to work under pressure
