Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead - Hertfordshire

A corporate organisation in Hertfordshire is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead to join their team in a newly created, full-time permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across multiple sites.

Location: Hertfordshire (with quarterly travel to 2 additional sites, fully reimbursed)

Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days on-site / 2 days WFH

Remuneration: Competitive and negotiable, with up to 15% performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Wellbeing procedures
  • Ensure inspection readiness and audit preparedness
