A digital insurance provider is seeking a Health and Safety Manager in Bexhill-on-Sea. The role involves creating and managing health and safety policies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance across multiple sites. Candidates should have a strong background in health and safety management and a NEBOSH Diploma. As our Health and Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for the design, implementation, ongoing management, and communication of Hastings Direct's Health and Safety policies and risk management. You'll also look to identify opportunities to improve the company's operational activities and generate performance reports. This is a key and varied role within a busy team serving the whole business across three sites (Bexhill, London, and Leicester).
