Lighthouse Risk Services LLP is a national firm of Health & Safety and Employment Law consultants with offices in Leeds. We provide services in Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos Surveys, CDM, & Health & Safety Training.

We are recruiting an enthusiastic Health and Safety Consultant/Fire Risk Assessor to handle increased workload due to business growth.

Main duties include:

• Conducting Health & Safety Audits and Reviews of Safe Working Practices
• Performing Fire Risk Assessments across various properties
• Carrying out Independent Contract Site Inspections
• Assisting with Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Preparing Policy Documentation
• Conducting Safety Training Courses
• Providing support and advice to clients
• Assisting with SSIP Accreditation Applications and Tender Documentation
• Undertaking Specialist Surveys (qualification dependent)

Candidates should hold the NEBOSH General/Fire Certificate (or equivalent). Membership in IOSH/IFE and the P402 asbestos surveying certificate are advantageous. Experience in H&S consultancy and Fire risk assessment in customer-facing roles is desirable.

This role is home-based, with most time spent servicing clients nationwide, including occasional overnight stays.

A full driving license is essential due to travel requirements.
