About the Role

Local Education has been engaged by a secondary school within a multi‑academy trust to support the recruitment of a Headteacher.

This appointment comes at a pivotal time for the school, with a clear focus on :

  • Improving Ofsted outcomes (currently rated Requires Improvement)
  • Strengthening teaching, learning and leadership
  • Increasing pupil numbers for September 2026 intake
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong, visible leadership across the school
