A well-regarded veterinary practice in North Devon is seeking a Head Veterinary Nurse. In this full-time role, you will lead the nursing team, drive clinical standards, and manage various initiatives. The position offers a salary of up to £37,000 per annum and a generous leave policy. Our team at Torbridge Vets are looking for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join our team. In this new role you will be looking after our nurses at both the Bideford and South Molton site.
As the Head Nurse, you will work alongside the Head Vet and Practice Director in the day to day running of the practice.
You will support the nursing team, and drive clinical standards. Lead from the front and be involved in the management and training of our friendly and enthusiastic nurse team. A clinical coach for our student nurses.
You will support various clinical and non-clinical projects and initiatives, PSS compliance plus PSS awards and Health & Safety.
Torbridge Vet practices are based in beautiful North Devon in an area of outstanding natural beauty with stunning coastline offering a wide range of leisure activities.
This is a full time role, 40 hours per week including 1:6 Saturdays no OOH and limited bank holidays.
