This is a unique role that blends delivering exceptional treatments with leading operational excellence, mentoring, and inspiring our therapists and apprentices. It is a newly created role within our 5 bubble spa rated boutique spa, which we anticipate will add real value to the spa, customers, and team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver luxury treatments to the highest standard, exceeding guest expectations every time.
- Act as a role model for the spa team, setting benchmarks in guest experience, treatment delivery, and professional standards.
- Lead training and development for our therapists and apprentices, ensuring continuous upskilling and confidence across the team.
- Drive treatment and operational excellence: from diary and stock management to retail and revenue opportunities.
- Support the Spa Manager by stepping into leadership duties when required.
- Champion innovative techniques such as Hands-Free Massage, ensuring the team can build long and fulfilling careers.
- A qualified Beauty/Spa Therapist with NVQ Level 3/4.
- Proven experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
- A genuine passion for both delivering treatments and helping others to grow and develop their skills.
- Strong organisational and operational abilities, with the confidence to balance treatments, training, and spa operations.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills – you enjoy sharing your knowledge, giving feedback, and inspiring confidence in others.
- A natural leader with empathy and patience, able to motivate, mentor, and build a high-performing team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
