The ideal candidate will oversee the design and delivery of a market-leading wine program while ensuring exceptional service. With a background in wine and a minimum of 4 years in a luxury setting, the Head Sommelier will work closely with a dedicated team to provide a unique guest experience. The Peninsula London is excited to announce that we are seeking a Head Sommelier to work within Canton Blue Restaurant, designing and delivering a unique and market leading wine programme alongside the Director of Wine. This position will have a great passion for both wines and service and be able to translate this into a special guest experience.
On the ground floor, Canton Blue, the hotel’s innovative Chinese restaurant, will celebrate the spice-trade union of Asian and British cultures with menus of creative dishes, along with cocktails, and artisanal teas.
