This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end commercial activation of our wealth business across the UK for Mass Affluent and Private Banking customers. You will define how we drive revenue and customer growth across investment, advice, and retirement propositions — balancing commercial rigor with customer impact.
This includes developing and executing customer engagement strategies, setting performance targets, shaping proposition monetization tools, and working across teams to embed a commercially driven culture into every aspect of the wealth lifecycle.
