This position offers a pivotal opportunity to shape a new central logistics strategy and grow within one of the UK's largest manufacturers.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Join 2 Sisters Food Group, one of the UK's largest food manufacturers, with an annual turnover exceeding £3 billion and approximately 13,000 employees across 16 sites. We have a strong presence in poultry, chilled, and bakery food categories. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to the British public and our retail and food service customers, including major retailers like Aldi, Asda, Co-op, KFC, Lidl, Marks & Spencer, Morrison's, Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Waitrose.
We are seeking a Head of Transport Planning to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a new central logistics strategy for 2SFG. Historically, logistics and planning have been managed independently at site level. The business is now moving to a centrally managed model, and this role will be instrumental in driving that transformation. This is a great opportunity to join at an early stage, with full ownership to design, build, and implement a centralised transport and planning function from the ground up.
You are a strategic, hands‑on transport leader with strong experience in food manufacturing and complex, multi-site logistics environments. You thrive in transformation roles and are comfortable operating with ambiguity, building structure and systems. You are commercially focused, data-driven, and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
As one of the UK's largest food manufacturers, we provide ample opportunities for career growth and skill development. We emphasise promoting from within, ensuring you can build a rewarding career with us.
