In this role, you will operate as a senior strategic leader shaping the earliest and most influential stages of the customer journey. As the Head of Strategic Solutions, you will develop deep expertise across transformation strategy, industry trends, and modern technology—particularly artificial intelligence. You will hone your abilities as a Challenger advisor, elevating conversations with senior stakeholders through insight, storytelling, and commercial creativity. By setting methodologies, defining solution design standards, and curating thought leadership, you will establish yourself as a trusted, forward-thinking voice in the market and within MHR.
You will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of strategic advisors and solution consultants, cultivating a culture built on curiosity, rigour, inclusivity, and high performance. Working within Revenue Operations, your team will collaborate cross-functionally across the organisation, supporting strategic pursuits and contributing to major initiatives. You will guide the team in building compelling business cases, shaping transformation journeys, and engaging confidently with senior executives, ensuring alignment with MHR’s commercial goals and cultural ambitions. As the organisation’s AI thought leadership lead, you will empower the team and customers to navigate and apply AI with confidence.
Your leadership will shape how customers understand their challenges, reimagine their transformation journeys, and connect ambition with modern technology. You will influence the earliest stages of major opportunities—driving clarity, reframing assumptions, and delivering strategic insight that positions MHR as a visionary partner. By overseeing solution design workshops, championing change management, and producing high-quality thought leadership, you will elevate MHR’s profile across public and private sectors. Your work will strengthen MHR’s reputation as an innovative, trusted advisor and accelerate the company’s commercial growth through strategic engagement and future-focused thinking.
