• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager/Project role within construction.
• Experience managing complex, high-value projects exceeding £30m.
• Knowledge of JCT, NEC, and/or FIDIC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Manage multiple construction projects ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Lead and develop Project Managers and site teams.
