Head of Short Lets (Residential) - Department Development & Strategy

To establish and lead a new short-let residential department from the ground up, transforming the existing long-term rental business into a dynamic short-let operation. This role involves developing strategy, building operational capacity, and working closely with 36 front-line offices to expand the short-let portfolio, increase revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Department Development & Strategy: Design, implement, and lead the launch of the new short-let residential department.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with 36 front-line offices to integrate short-let offerings into existing services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide training, resources, and support to offices to facilitate short-let operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative approach across teams to ensure consistent standards and practices.
  • Operational Setup & Management: Establish processes for property onboarding, management, and guest services.
