A leading dementia charity based in Inverness is seeking a senior leader to manage local teams and enhance care services for individuals living with dementia. The successful candidate will demonstrate exemplary leadership, communication, and organizational skills, alongside a deep understanding of dementia. This role offers a permanent contract of 35 hours per week, with a comprehensive package including annual leave and a pension scheme.

We are seeking applicants with a proven track record in leadership within a health and social care service (or related) background to work in this key senior role and make a positive difference to the lives of people living with dementia, those at greater risk of dementia, and the families and friends who care for someone with dementia.
Based in Inverness, the role will lead and manage local teams in a variety of locations and services across the Highlands and Aberdeen, and Aberdeenshire. Full details about the role are provided in the job description available through the link provided.
You will have the right level of personal qualities, experience, knowledge and qualifications, demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and high levels of emotional intelligence, with experience of managing people, supporting staff development and promoting a positive culture. You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with a collaborative approach to working with others to deliver shared objectives and drive continuous improvement in our practice. You will have a high-level knowledge and understanding of dementia and substantial experience in the management and delivery of services and hold a relevant practice qualification to meet the Scottish Social Services Council registered management requirements.
