Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally at a Head of Sales level.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with at least 100k ARR.

Your purpose in our mission

This is what you’ll be doing

As a Head of Sales at Genie AI you’ll be joining us in a dynamic stage of our growth so you’ll face lots of different challenges. Doing Sales for an AI product is a fascinating challenge so be prepared to adapt your skillset! Below is what we need you to do; it’s up to you on how.

  • Sales leadership: Build and scale our sales team, processes and pipeline management from the ground up
  • Go-to-market strategy: Define and execute our sales strategy across markets
  • Customer acquisition: Drive outbound and inbound sales opportunities moving prospects from interest to closed deals
  • Revenue growth: Own targets, forecasting and reporting ensuring sustainable ARR growth
  • Partnership building: Establish and nurture strategic relationships
  • Sales enablement: Work with Marketing and Product to refine positioning, pricing and collateral that accelerates deal velocity.

Over your first 90 days you can expect us to help point you in the right direction to set you up for success. During the interview process we can walk you through a high level overview of your 90‑day plan.

By the end of your first six months we expect you to:
  • Deliver a repeatable sales process and playbook
  • Close flagship enterprise accounts that demonstrate market fit
  • Hire and onboard your first sales team members

We will continually develop and measure success on the below criteria:

  • Consistent attainment of revenue targets
  • Sales cycle efficiency and forecast accuracy
  • Growth of pipeline value and win rates
