A dynamic B2B organisation in the UK is seeking a Head of Sales to lead their B2B sales function and develop the sales strategy. This in-person role requires proven experience in senior B2B sales leadership, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to generate a pipeline. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape a high-performing sales team and enjoy uncapped earning potential, within a collaborative culture focused on growth.
Head of Sales – Bristol or Cardiff (in-person). Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week. Salary: Competitive + uncapped OTE.
