As Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy, inspiring a talented internal and external sales team, and ensuring the business continues to deliver outstanding service to its diverse client base. Key Responsibilities of the Head of Sales
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to exceed budgeted sales and margin targets
  • Take full ownership of KPIs, performance dashboards, and year-on-year results
  • Influence and support wider commercial decisions, including buying activity and forecasting
  • Champion customer experience by ensuring service excellence at every stage
  • Work collaboratively with operations and transport to guarantee seamless service delivery
