Your Role

As our Head of Sales, you will:

  • Report directly to the CEO, acting as the senior leader responsible for all sales activity across the group.
  • Own the commercial strategy – setting revenue targets, shaping sales plans, and driving growth across radio, sponsorship, events, and digital.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team, embedding a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and team targets are consistently achieved.
  • Develop senior-level relationships with brands, agencies, and partners, positioning Kube Media as a trusted, results-driven media partner.
  • Identify and capitalise on new revenue opportunities, from innovative advertising solutions to strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management, ensuring accurate visibility of performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership on business development, product innovation, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Represent Kube Media at industry events, networking opportunities, and high-profile client meetings.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a commercially astute leader with:

  • A proven track record in senior media sales leadership (Head of Sales, Sales Director, or similar).
  • Demonstrable success in building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong network of agency and brand contacts within the media landscape.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans with measurable success.
  • Drive, resilience, and vision to take ownership of a sales function in a growing, ambitious company.
What We Offer
  • £55,000–£65,000 base salary (depending on experience) + uncapped commission, with OTE £85,000+.
  • Hybrid working model – 3 days per week minimum in our Chelmsford HQ (after probation).
