An educational institution in the UK seeks a Head of Quality Improvement to enhance quality assurance and promote continuous improvement in construction education. The successful candidate will lead the Quality Improvement Unit, oversee self-assessment processes, and collaborate with stakeholders. A degree-level qualification and substantial experience in education or private sector QA are essential. This role offers a competitive salary, a 35-day annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for training and flexible working.
Hours: 37 Hours per week
We are looking to appoint an exceptional Head of Quality Improvement with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills to help us achieve our ambitions. The successful candidate will lead and develop the Quality Assurance procedures for the College in order to establish a total quality management approach to College services and continuous improvement on business impact. You will be a vital member of the leadership team, committed to raising the quality of construction and related education and training.
The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) with relevant substantial experience of working in an educational setting and/or significant experience in private sector with responsibility for QA.
