A leading transport and infrastructure firm seeks a Head of Quality and Improvement to lead the development of quality strategies across the organization. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of excellence through process optimisation and data analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in quality management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a background in lean methodologies. The position is permanent and full-time, ideally based in the South East of the UK.

Location: National - Ideally based in the South East or Central England (Milton Keynes, Bracknell, Gloucester / Worcester corridor, Watford).
The Head of Quality and Improvement will lead the development and deployment of quality and improvement strategies, plans and initiatives across Ringway. This role is responsible for supporting process development such that they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence, improvement, optimisation and innovation.
