A leading insurance provider in the UK is seeking a Head of Product for their Motor Direct division. This key role involves setting and executing the business strategy, overseeing commercial performance, and leading initiatives to enhance customer experience across multiple brands. Head of Product (Motor Direct)
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role shaping the next phase of Direct Line’s retail growth.
As Head of Motor Direct, you will be a key member of the ‘Direct to Consumer’ leadership helping to define and deliver a bold strategy to grow Direct Line’s Retail business.
You will be responsible for the commercial and customer outcomes for the Motor products across our Direct Line, Churchill and Privilege brands and have accountability ranging from daily trading performance, managing customer experience through to identifying and delivering strategic initiatives for your area.
