We are seeking an experienced Head of Pipeline Generation to join our team and run our Marketing and SDR team. The goal is to improve unit economics and combine both teams to unlock growth potential across our enterprise target accounts.. Your success will be deeply tied to understanding our target audience, leverage cutting edge technologies to scale and drive impactful messaging that creates conversations. Join us in redefining how we generate pipeline and play a part in their success to transform to high performing software development organisations. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • User Content Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our customers, differentiates our products from competitors, and effectively communicates value propositions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and other teams, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Create marketing plans, campaigns, and revenue enablement materials to support product launches ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies tailored to the respective audiences.
  • Demand Generation: Drive a multichannel ABM strategy that combines the entire organization to achieve our revenue goals
  • SDR Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the SDR team and implement strategies to enhance performance.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPI's) and track the performance of the marketing and SDR team.
