You will still be able to work directly with service users by conducting initial assessments, regular reviews, support through transitions, deliver therapeutic sessions and respond to any crisis situations that arise.

Location

The exact base of this role will be dependent on the successful candidate’s home location, but will require travel to visit services, deliver training and meet with colleagues, service users and external stakeholders.

The role will be suitable for candidates who live in either South Yorkshire or North Lincolnshire.

Services are commutable from Lincoln, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Hull, Goole, Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley, Leeds, Gainsborough, Wakefield and surrounding towns.

The successful candidate must have :

  • A recognised qualification in Positive Behaviour Support
  • A strong background working as a PBS Practitioner with adults who have learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
  • Previous leadership experience
