Job description

We are looking for a Head of Paid Advertising to work for a Digital Agency based in Manchester and lead their paid media team, driving strategy, performance and growth across Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.

You’ll be responsible for delivering strong commercial results for clients, developing the paid team, and contributing to new business and agency growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead paid media strategy and performance across all platforms
  • Own forecasting, budgets and campaign optimisation
  • Ensure campaigns deliver against KPIs (ROAS, CPA, revenue)
  • Manage senior client relationships and paid media delivery
  • Lead, develop and grow the paid media team
  • Support new business pitches and paid strategy
About You
  • Several years proven experience in paid advertising
  • Background leading a paid media function or team
  • Experience managing high-budget, multi-platform campaigns
  • Strong commercial, strategic and leadership skills
  • Confident with client-facing and pitching
