A leading energy company in Scotland is seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee Onshore Project Engineering teams. The successful applicant will lead the development of innovative engineering solutions for a £22bn investment programme, ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting effective team collaboration. Candidates should possess a relevant engineering degree and Chartered Engineer status, along with strong leadership skills. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary and a range of flexible benefits.
Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations – Perth, Glasgow, Aberdeen or Inverness
Salary: £101,000 - £151,400 + car /car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We are looking for talented engineering leaders to help shape the future of our transmission network by managing the multi-disciplinary design solutions across a £22bn investment programme. These are pivotal roles where you’ll guide and empower the development of safe, innovative, and efficient engineering solutions through the project lifecycle from conception, through development and up until construction and energisation.
