A prestigious luxury restaurant group seeks an experienced Head of Marketing to lead their marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a background in premium hospitality and strong digital marketing skills, working closely with the Owner and Finance Director. This role is on-site in London, requiring collaboration with GMs and Head Chefs to drive brand awareness and guest engagement. A hands-on position with a minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant roles is required.
Salary: Up to A£60,000

We are partnering with a highly regarded independent luxury restaurant group to find an experienced and hands‑on Head of Marketing. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative, commercially minded leader who thrives in premium hospitality environments. You'll be reporting directly to the Owner and Finance Director, working closely with GMs and Head Chefs across the business, and managing a small team of 1-2. This role is fully on site, with time split between the office and the group's venues. No agencies are used, everything is executed in‑house, so this is a genuinely hands‑on position. To be considered for this role, you must come from premium hospitality – luxury hotels, high‑end restaurants, or private members' clubs. Stability is important, so ideally, you'll have at least 2 years in each of your recent roles.
