The Role

Not your average “own our socials and run a few ads” gig. You’ll be the architect of our end-to-end marketing— taking freshWIPES from cult favourite to household name. Strategy + sleeves-rolled-up execution. Brand + performance. Retail + digital. If you’re equally happy in Klaviyo as you are in a boardroom… hello, friend.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the full marketing strategy across digital, retail, PR, and partnerships.
  • Plan and deliver new product launches (we’ve got some exciting ones coming).
  • Run campaigns and budgets with clear goals and reporting (ROI is everything to us).
  • Level up our lifecycle marketing— Klaviyo flows, segmentation, testing, reporting.
  • Manage agencies & freelancers (creative, media, PR) and get the very best from them.
  • Keep our brand voice consistent from packaging to TikTok, from pharmacist screens to QVC.
  • Grow retail demand with trade marketing that makes buyers and store teams love us.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Sales, and Product to keep launches smooth.
Must-Haves
  • Proven experience in FMCG/retail or a high-growth challenger brand.
  • Klaviyo pro (flows, splits, deliverability, segmentation, revenue attribution).
  • Shopify-confident, with working knowledge of apps like Recharge and Collabs.
  • Campaign ownership end-to-end: strategy → creative brief → execution → post-mortem.
  • Strong grasp of performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, MER, CLTV, contribution margin.
  • Comfortable across all media, not just digital (retail/trade, OOH, PR, events).
  • Calm with press & media attention (planned and… occasionally chaotic).
  • Canva-capable for quick-turn mockups and edits.
  • A collaborative leader who can set standards, coach freelancers, and lift the room.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience launching new products into retail and supporting national listings.
  • PR & crisis comms familiarity (preferably used lightly!).
  • Community building, influencer/UGC, and smart partnerships.
  • Worked with eco-conscious or purpose-led brands.
