The wellbeing of our residents will be your top priority. You will ensure all maintenance work is carried out with sensitivity to their needs. With hands-on property maintenance experience, you'll have at least one trade skill and ideally a broad range of maintenance abilities. Reliability and flexibility regarding working hours are essential. A full UK driving licence, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are required.
