Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm, with leadership exposure.
• Deep knowledge of commercial, corporate, and regulatory legal matters in fintech.
• Strong experience negotiating and structuring commercial agreements.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
