Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiation of a wide range of contracts.
• Identify and manage legal risks and appropriate mitigations.
• Advise stakeholders on risk exposure and dispute resolution strategies.
• Manage external counsel for legal advice on projects.
• Carry out legal research as needed.
