• Lead and develop high-performing teams across IT infrastructure, IT support, web development, and network operations
• Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Lead the planning and execution of strategic IT operational projects
• Collaborate with various teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
• Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms
• Manage the Magento Web Developer to ensure alignment with company strategy
• Report project updates and reviews to senior management
• Oversee data operations, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs)
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and risk management practices
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Own IT policies, conducting regular audits and assessments
• Oversee IT support functions for timely resolution of incidents and requests
• Monitor service performance and drive user experience improvements
• Manage escalation processes and root cause analysis
• Develop and manage the IT operations budget
• Lead procurement of hardware, software, and services
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend beneficial adoptions
• Oversee management of the IT asset register
