Qualifications

• PhD in Life Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• At least three years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Line management experience and/or leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of research scientists.
• Oversee application and development of technologies for large-scale functional data.
• Drive adoption and expansion of screening and automation technologies.
