A global B2B sales firm in the UK is looking for a Head of HR to lead their people strategies while the current HR leader is on maternity leave. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering the 2026 People Roadmap and guiding the People Team as a strategic partner. Candidates should have a passion for people and the ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment.
📍 Location : Hybrid – typically Tues & Thurs in the office
📅 Contract : Full Time, Fixed-term, up to 12 months

What you’ll be doing
Ultimately leading in the delivery of the 2026 People Roadmap (crafted by our current Head of HR) and ensuring the People Team continue to develop and act as a key strategic partner to the business. You’ll :
