A leading global AI platform company is seeking a Director of HR Global Operations. This pivotal role focuses on designing scalable HR programs and enhancing employee experience throughout their lifecycle. Candidates should have 15 years of experience in People Operations, a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and a strong background in global HR program development and implementation. This position offers the opportunity to shape team culture and support growth through international expansion and M&A activities.

This role will drive key talent priorities including onboarding and offboarding total rewards HR systems and analytics risk management and compliance and supporting growth through international expansion and M&A activity.
As a senior leader within People Operations you will shape the teams culture and capabilities during this exciting phase of growth. You’ll mentor coach and empower your team as well as leaders across the organization to reach their highest potential. This role reports directly to our VP People Foundation.
