Head of HR - CFO
We're looking for a Head of HR to join our People Team in Flutter Functions.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders of a designated area(s), influencing and coaching across all people matters. The role will drive the delivery of the Flutter Functions People Strategy, as well as the design and delivery of strategic people plans specific for their designated business area, enabling the business strategy. This includes taking a lead on strategic people initiatives such as organisation design and talent management, while leveraging Advisory, Change/Delivery & CoEs to ensure effective delivery across the full scope of services for the assigned business areas.
