Employee Experience & Development

  • Lead initiatives in training, coaching, and continuous development.
  • Manage budgets and maximise resources for learning and wellbeing.
  • Oversee induction, reward, and engagement programmes that support performance and retention.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Keep policies sharp, compliant, and forward-thinking.
  • Manage contracts, employment documentation, and employee relations.
  • Oversee the ATS and careers platform to deliver an inclusive, seamless recruitment experience.

Talent, ED&I & Retention

  • Craft and lead talent strategies that attract and retain top performers.
  • Champion ED&I and embed fairness, transparency, and opportunity at every level.
  • Play a key role in senior-level hiring with a focus on cultural alignment and long-term success.

Innovation, Insight & Impact

  • Use data and insight to inform decisions and forecast people needs.
  • Leverage digital tools and social media to strengthen engagement, employer branding, and recruitment.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all HR activity.
