Location: London Borough of Hillingdon

Contract: 29 September 2025 – 26 February 2026

Hours: 36 per week | Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00

Daily Rate: £516.53 PAYE | £679.24 Umbrella/Ltd

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Housing Management to lead a wide-ranging portfolio across Tenancy Management, Welfare Support, Sheltered Housing, Customer Service, Resident Empowerment, and Neighbourhood Planning. This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape innovative housing solutions and drive service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple housing functions, ensuring delivery of team plans and performance targets
  • Champion a resident-first culture across all housing services
