A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Head of Governance and Reporting to establish and oversee an effective governance framework, ensuring robust risk management and compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves leading a team, facilitating governance forums, and promoting a collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Competitive salary of up to £80,000 and comprehensive benefits are offered, including performance-based bonuses and a pension scheme.
We’re looking for a strategic leader to join as our Head of Governance and Reporting at AXA Health. You’ll guide senior management to develop a strong governance framework, ensuring that risk-based decisions are well‑documented, reviewed, and approved by the right people and Committees. You’ll also work closely with leaders to create insightful risk and conduct reports that help demonstrate how risks are managed and support strategic decisions and business planning, including change initiatives.
Leading a team of Governance Managers and Analysts, you’ll promote a culture of professionalism, learning, and collaboration. Your leadership will be key to maintaining high standards and building a high‑performing team that can adapt to the fast‑changing risk environment.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
