Finisterre is recruiting its first Head of Financial Planning to support business growth through international expansion and new channel development. We are seeking a hands‑on Head of FP&A to strengthen forecasting, financial modelling, reporting, and performance visibility. This role will be instrumental in building a best‑in‑class FP&A function that enhances decision‑making and performance analysis across the business, playing a key role in the organisation’s continued success.

We are offering a full time, permanent contract, based at our Headquarters at Wheal Kitty, St Agnes, Cornwall or in Soho, London. We’ll invest in you with a competitive salary, depending on your skills and experience.
