With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio, and destination rooftop bar, this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
We’re looking for an experienced, inspiring, and detail‑driven Head of Food & F&Bto lead the full F&B operation of our newly refurbished flagship hotel.
You’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience, setting the tone across restaurants, bars, lounges and events. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, bringing operational expertise, commercial awareness and people‑first leadership.
