Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Cardiff is seeking a Head of Financial Management System Strategy & Service Delivery to enhance operational delivery and innovations in FMS and ERP platforms. This role requires strong leadership and influencing skills to manage complex programs and stakeholder relationships while ensuring alignment with NHS Wales objectives. You will also oversee system integrity, encourage innovations, and ensure high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree and relevant IT and project management qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Educated to post graduate degree level or equivalent experience in relevant area.
  • Knowledge of information governance compliance standards and data sharing protocols.
  • Management of Risk Practitioner or equivalent methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and leadership to stakeholders on FMS.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of FMS to ensure performance and satisfaction.
  • Champion innovation and emerging technologies for FMS solutions.

Education

Post graduate degree or equivalent experience
ITIL Service qualification
