You’ll :

• 💡 Lead, coach and develop a team of advisers to deliver consistently high-quality, client-first financial planning.
• 💡 Be a visible external ambassador — building relationships with solicitors, accountants, introducers and professional networks.
• 💡 Drive new business through external engagement, events and a structured PI strategy.
• 💡 Bring structure, discipline and efficiency to workflows, tech stack adoption and operational processes.
• 💡 Use data and KPIs to improve performance, spot trends and drive commercial decision-making.
