A leading insurance company based in the UK is seeking a Head of Financial Crime systems to lead the financial crime strategy and team. This hybrid role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing technology vendors. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial crime compliance and people leadership, along with strong communication skills. Allianz have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Financial Crime systems to join the wider Fraud and Financial Crime Leadership Team.
The purpose of this role is to lead our first line financial crime team, who help manage our financial crime strategy, including managing our external technology providers. The role is an integral part of the wider Fraud and Financial Crime leadership team, reporting into the Director.
This is a hybrid role ideally based in Bournemouth but does have flexibility to other Allianz locations.
Pay: Circa £60,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
