Reporting to the Chief Executive, this role provides financial and operational leadership across the four companies that make up LRC. Working closely with the Executive team, Heads of Department and the Board of Trustees, you will ensure robust financial management, strong governance and effective systems that support the organisation's artistic and commercial ambitions.

We are looking for a senior finance professional with strong leadership skills, excellent financial and analytical capability, and experience of operating at executive level in a complex organisation. Experience in the arts, charity or not‑for‑profit sector would be an advantage, but is not essential.

You will be strategic, highly analytical and detail‑focused, while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture. You'll be comfortable leading and influencing diverse teams, managing multiple priorities, and working to tight deadlines with professionalism, discretion and a sense of humour.

Skills & Experience
  • Senior financial and management experience in a small to medium‑sized organisation
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting (including consolidation)
  • Proven experience of improving processes and systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, pressurised environment
Desirable
  • Experience or strong interest in the arts, cultural or entertainment sector
  • Understanding of hospitality or customer‑facing operations
What we offer
  • Salary of £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
