A Head of Engineering with a genuine passion for technology, leading teams of teams, as well as playing a key part in the delivery of cutting-edge products required ASAP. Remote working (UK) with once a quarter in person team collaboration days.

As Head of Software Engineering and reporting directly into the CTO, your job is make sure the multidisciplinary software engineering teams have everything they need to deliver a fantastic product to customers and clients, and that everyone understands the product roadmap and business objectives. That means aligning architecture and technology roadmaps and ensuring we\'re building the right features and capabilities (knowing what good looks like) at the right time.
