A leading engineering solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Head of Engineering Management - Projects to oversee project delivery across multiple portfolios. The role necessitates strong leadership skills and experience in engineering governance, ensuring timely and quality project execution. Building and developing a team of Engineering Managers across project delivery portfolios, you'll provide oversight and strategic guidance, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, cost, quality, and in accordance with SEA's Engineering processes.
You will be based at either our Barnstaple, Bristol or Beckington sites and allows for flexible working, including home working were appropriate. Regular visits to our three sites would be expected.
The salary for this role is up to £85k, depending on experience.
