• Take full ownership of the day-to-day leadership of the engineering team—people, process, and delivery.
• Mentor and grow senior and lead engineers, fostering both technical excellence and leadership skills.
• Drive operational excellence : sprint execution, cross-team alignment, ticket quality, and delivery predictability.
• Stay hands-on when needed : review code, unblock technical challenges, and guide architectural decisions.
