A global infrastructure firm is seeking a Head of Digital & CRM to lead their digital marketing and client engagement strategy. You will define and deliver a comprehensive digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless client journeys while driving data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years' experience in B2B environments, proven success in digital transformation, and strong leadership skills. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer the Head of Digital & CRM will define and deliver Egis global digital marketing and client engagement strategy - building the platforms data insights and experiences that bring our brand to life and demonstrate our impact on the pipeline.
You will lead the evolution of Egis digital ecosystem - from website and social media to marketing automation analytics and CRM - ensuring a seamless and measurable client journey. Working closely with Business Development IT and regional marketing teams youll embed a culture of digital excellence and data-driven decision making across the organisation.
This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role for someone who wants to build not just run a best-in‑class digital function creating the infrastructure tools and insights that will power Egis next chapter of growth.
