The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the Landbased Sector, the ability to build partnerships with industry, and leadership and management experience in an educational or industry setting. The role provides pedagogical leadership across the Landbased Department, ensuring innovative and inclusive learning strategies that inspire staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative and inclusive learning strategies that engage staff and students.
• Build strong partnerships with industry to support curriculum and opportunities for learners.

Qualifications

• Degree or Level 5 professional qualification in a subject relevant to Landbased education curriculum.
• A recognised teaching qualification.
• A recognised Level 5 Landbased subject specialist qualification.
• Significant academic and/or industry/commercial experience in Landbased subjects.
